Not quite following your questions, so here's a little exposition:
Coma's resolution makes you wounded, since you are now "on your
way to torpor". Failing to heal damage (regular or agg damage)
at any time means that you are wounded (and you can never heal
agg damage, by definition).

Every 1 agg is 1 agg you can't heal.

"whilst under the effects of a Undead Persistence" typically
means "having unhealed damage" (in which case, the anser would
be: yes, you have to burn a blood for a point of agg damage or
be burned), but, since you don't actually have any unhealed
damage in this case (nor are you "otherwise in or on your way
to torpor"), then a point of agg damage won't burn you (since
you aren't wounded).
