VTES rules archive
The rules of Vampire: The Eternal Struggle have been settled in
public, one post at a time, since 1994: on the Usenet newsgroup
rec.games.trading-cards.jyhad until 2010, on the V:EKN
forum ever since, which is where the rulings went when Usenet ended, and on
BoardGameGeek in between, where L. Scott Johnson wrote his last
ruling as rules director. This is a preserved copy of every thread one of those
directors took part in, 1994 to today —
14,399 threads, 176,285 messages —
kept whole, questions and argument included.
The rulings in the VTES rulings database cite these threads.
