Hi, I have a Q about the timing of cards you play "when the acton is announced." More specifically: if the acting Meth can decide on the order, can a vampire play Perfect Clarity first and then burn a Concoction of Vitality? Concoction of Vitality Unique equipment. When the vampire with this card announces an action, he or she may burn this card to prevent vampires from blocking that action. If he or she does so, this vampire cannot play cards requiring Disciplines until the action is complete. Perfect Clarity Only usable when this acting vampire's action is announced <inf>Reaction cards that require Dominate or Presence do not affect this vampire for the duration of this action. As above, and for the remainder of this action, minions opposing this vampire in combat cannot play cards that require Dominate or Presence. thx, Jeroen

The "when announced" effects can be done in any order. The restriction is that they are all done before any other effects (or "do you block?" questions) are done. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. You can order effects that occur in the same "window" or phase in the order you like. Perfect Clarity and Concoction of Vitality both have to be played/used during the action being announced so you can order them as you like. Note that action modifiers that do not have this specific card text may not be played as they are played after the action is announced.
