Apparently, no one knows that you can't use Dreams of the Sphinx to
move counters from the Blood Bank to Imbued. I am just posting this
to make a public record of it.

Correct, you can't use Dreams of the Sphinx to move counters from the Blood Bank
to Imbued.

Evidently not. I've used Dreams that way several times and noone else
pointed out that I had obviously not read the card correctly, either. :p
