Yep. They're cumulative. You can take 2 blood off, for example.

Yep. I have a Setite voting deck that steals other people's titled vampires
to help me pass votes. If they don't already have Presence, I give it to
them.
I used to have a Setite deck that stole other vampires, put Protean on them
and used them to bleed with Return to Innocence and Hideous Countenance.
(I didn't have many Day Ops.) I tore it apart a long time ago because it was
much too rude for a social game.
