It is an action card, requiring a Prince or Justicar (not an IC Member) to take the action, and, if successful, the P/J will pay a blood for the action. The card is mis-printed with the 'Master' background. Similarly, the Spawning Pool (A Master: Unique Location) is mis-printed with the 'Minion' background, but is a master card nonetheless. -- L. For those of you unfamiliar with it, the card is a Prince/Justicar +1 stealth action that costs a blood and puts up to 3 blood from the blood bank on an uncontrolled vamp. It's a superior Govern the Unaligned for Princes, Justicars. I hope this helps stephen beaulieu hi...@mail.utexas.edu

I have just obtained some more Jyhad cards and amongst them was a card called The ?th (I can't remember the number) tradition : Accounting Or something along those lines, however it has confused me because it has a grey background like a master card, but has an action card symbol down the left hand side. Which is it ? A master card ? An action card ? or a weird Master Action card ? Your help is greatly appreciated. Regards, Paul Brown :)

The Jyhad version of the Accounting is printed with the wrong border, but is a minion card. When in doubt, remember that the border is really just a reminder, and to help you organize your hand. Jyhad's The Spawning Pool has the opposite error. Tom Wylie rec.games.trading-cards.* Network Representative for aa...@cats.ucsc.edu Wizards of the Coast, Inc.

This reminds me of a question I had about the 5th Tradition (Hospitality). May the Prince/Justicar that is using it choose himself as the vampire that is returned to maximum pool? It doesn't make much sense, but it is legal as the card is written, unless there is some errata about it that I've not heard of. -- Modest, industrious, benevolent, temperate: is that how you would have men? Good men? But to me that seems only the ideal slave, the slave of the future. Modesty, industiousness, bevevolence, temperance are just so many hinderances to a sovereign disposition, great inventiveness, heroic purposefullness, noble being-for-oneself. --Friedrich Nietzsche, "The Will to Power" /------------------------------------------------------------------------\ | You don't get what you deserve, | Good people are good because they | | You get what you take. | are not strong enought to be evil.| |-----------------------------------+------------------------------------| | Conflicts between right and wrong | 'Conscience' is nothing more than | | are a sickness of the mind. | the fear of being caught. | \------------------------------------------------------------------------/

It's a messed up action card. It's normal not a master. Mark one misprinted card in your collection! }:>) Methuselah Midnght [ quoted text not captured ]
