I'm not sure if this has come up already, but does the out-ferior (presence) allow a vampire to do the same action. I would say no, but because there is no card text (as in Change of Target, Red Herring, etc...) specifying otherwise, I would like to be sure. Psychomachia <snip> Presence: cancel the current action and untap this acting vampire. The blocking minion is not tapped. <snip> Thx in advance, PH

If you're not using NRA, there's no reason why a vampire couldn't try the same action again after playing Psychomachia, since, as noted, it has no specific card text to disallow it. Flux

[ quoted text not captured ] Sorry. I misread his "I would say no" as "I would say so". Even the NRA doesn't help here, since the action never reaches resolution. The vampire is free to attempt the same action again. [ quoted text not captured ]

So, just to make sure (this is very important for my Storyline deck), I can, for example, try to equip a minion with a Weapon and my prey manages to intercept. If the minion that intercepted is an ally or a younger vampire, I can play Psychomachia and then try to equip again with the same weapon (assuming the equipment comes back to the hand when the action is canceled and I discard some other card)? And my prey must again get enough intercept to block the action? And what happens to action modifiers ... more specifically, if I bleed w/ daring the dawn and my prey blocks with an ally and then I play psychomachia, does my minion take the aggravated damage or, because the action was canceled, he doesn't? Thx in advance, PH

And my It does not. You could attempt to equip with the same weapon if you had another copy of the weapon in your hand. > prey must again get enough intercept to block the action? The new action is blocked or not with the usual rules. > And what happens to action modifiers ... more specifically, if I bleed > w/ daring the dawn and my prey blocks with an ally and then I play > psychomachia, does my minion take the aggravated damage or, because > the action was canceled, he doesn't?
