I must say that I'm extremely disappointed to hear that. IMHO, the
Settites' signature discipline, serpentis, is woefully constructed of
actions that they must defend with their pitiful combat potential. Of
them all, only Mark of Damnation gets an excellent grade for being
aesthetically appropriate, properly powered, and it even seems to cost
the right amount of blood (one issue that I feel was overlooked in
reaction to AH-many powerful cards just don't cost enough!). The others
don't give the Settites enough nasty options to make them anywhere near
as powerful as the pre-existing clans. Their mix of disciplines is
intrinsically interesting, but none of the current vampires below nine
capacity have them all at superior! Also, the Ravnos and the Giovanni
could use some new tactics to improve them.
Oh well, I guess they'll be made even more obsolete by the mayhem that
the Lasombra and Tzimisce will be able to unleash...

The Sabbat will not have discipline cards for those clans introduced in
AH and DS. Expect to see some new stuff after the Sabbat. It won;t
stay the same forever...

It simply comes down to a matter of only being able to have so much
room in a set to introduce new cards. I know it isn't much help, but
more should be coming soon, once Sabbat is released.
