If, for instance, a gun is stolen after the bearer used it with the
manuever, does the stealer get to use the manuever in the next round? (Same
with other effects like Treasured Samedji and Sword of Judgement)

The guns have one optional manuever each combat. So, no.
Treasured Samedji is similar.
Sword of Judgment supplies one additional strike each *round*, and since
stolen equipment cannot be used on the round in which it is stolen, this
isn't a problem.
