Hi. I´m a newbie. Q1: Are a player forced to equip with something if he plays Magic of the Smith? Q2: If both players strike with Majesty, both are untapped right? Is there anything that can ever prevent the untapping (or other sideeffect of a s:ce-strike)? Anastethic Touch? Q3: Can Mask of 1000 faces be used as responsible-bleeding-trick? Ie, can you bleed with a 4-bleeder and then mask after bounced?

He doesn't have to "find" any particular equipment, even if there is equipment in the library. The successful action's cost (1 blood) is still paid, however. > Q2: If both players strike with Majesty, both are untapped right? Rotschreck can prevent the S:CE from resolving at all, if the conditions are met. Combat continuance (Psyche!, Telepathic Tracking, or anything else that keeps combat from ending or starts a new combat when the first combat ends) would prevent "after combat ends" side effects of S:CE strikes (like Form of Mist or Catatonic Fear), but not the "before combat ends" stuff, like untapping from Majesty. > Q3: Can Mask of 1000 faces be used as responsible-bleeding-trick? Ie, > can you bleed with a 4-bleeder and then mask after bounced? Yes. The minion's inherent bleed isn't applied until resolution.

Dodge will also cancel any effects of an SCE strike that would affect the dodging minion (i.e. Catatonic Fear's damage).
