I have a question about the text of this card:
"Only usable by a ready untapped minion with a gun other than the acting
minion.
The blocking minion gets -1 intercept."
So I bleed with Dollface, Normal with a .44 immediately plays Suppressing
Fire. Now any blocking minion will have -1 intercept.
The card doesn't say only usable when an action is blocked (although the
second sentence does appear to be worded to suggest that, it's still
ambiguous).

No. The blocking minion gets -1 intercept.
Normal cannot play SF "immediately", since there is no blocking minion.

"The blocking minion", not "any minion attempting to block".
