Q: Soul Stealing & Fortune Teller

[RTR 19960124] Question: Can my vampire play inferior Soul Stealing when he burns one of my prey's vampires in torpor by diablerie? Fortune Teller Card Text: Retainer with 1 life. During your minion phase, you may look at one card picked at random from your prey's hand. Question: When I have 7 Fortune Tellers in play I get to look 7 cards at random from my prey's hand. Can I pick these 7 cards all at the same time or do I have to pick the cards one by one and allow my prey to shuffle his hand each time before I pick the next card?
