Okay, guys, mull on this one for a second. I've got a friend of mine, name of Jeff Stephens. Soon as DS comes out, he starts trading like mad for force of wills. I'm confused. No big deal. He comes up with this deck, right? I play him with this deck he builds. He whips out Camille Deveraux and bleads me with her. I block. Form of mist. He gets the edge. Force of Will. I wake. He forms of mist. I'm bled again. He goes to torpor. Movement of the slow body. Rapid healing. He comes out of topor with all his blood on him and guess what he does? FORCE OF WILL AGAIN. No more wakes for me. I'm bled. torpor-movement-rap.healing-FORCE OF WILL AGAIN!!! In no less than six turns, he'd gone through me, my prey, and my prey's prey. He never blocks. He bleeds you six times a turn with the same friggin dude. And get this--when he doesn't have the cards to run the combo, HE GETS THEM BACK WITH CARLOTTA GIOVANI! prety slick, huh?? See my example in another thread (Re: How Big Should the CL be?). Repeated actions are broken. One of the Golden Tenets (Thou shalt not perform the same action type twice a turn regardless of subsuquent untaps...) completely ends this kind of gross combo. You cannot repeat the same action in any given turn, meaning one movt, rapid healing, force of will. Anyways this could be easily taken care of with deflection... Just pay your one blood and your prey is bled.

[ quoted text not captured ] Then your predator bleeds you again and unless you fill your deck with deflections (which become useless as soon as there are only 2 players) you probably don't have another. Besides, you can't play reactions when you're already tapped out

And a clan like Nos that already has plenty of stealth it is not as much of a major boon. It just ticks me off . Rory PS I think she even has presence and thats very powerful with stealth.

Wasn't Rebekka errated as soon as she was released, having sup. dom. rather than presence. Likewise other erratas such as those 2 Brujah princes - pres. rather than dom. Also Blythe. Pete "I'll just say my secret magic word..."

She has a much better chance of getting a : legal manip or Social Charm thru and even without a Dom boost the : gaining of a pool makes it worthwhile. She is the best Tremere at : this since Stealth is there one weakness. : Tell me that 3 bleed at +1 stealth isn't a good vampire. Or better 4 : bleed and gain a pool. A really good combo that she is the absolute : best at pulling off. Just wait until you're prey has a Malkavian, and you use Rutor's Hand and Pulse on her. Six and four bleed, booth at +1 stealth, in the same round. (Polticial Manipulations and then cardless bleed). Damn I love that vamp. [ quoted text not captured ]

Prescence has some pretty bad bleed + cards (Though most are actions, not action modifiers).

Thank you for speaking up. I was begining to think I was the only one of that bent. And since there actions you can see them coming and are more likely to block. Damage is assessed normally but you will not go to Torpor until the effect from the card ends. So normal damage will subtract blood if any is left on the vampire. Agg does the same but note that if the vampire is shy of blood this card does not prevent the vampire from being burned. Question #2 No, each round starts at close range and requires a maneuver to move it to long. Rory
