Can you decide not to block after you announce to block and then the action has been masked ? (with MoTF inf) or can you change the blocker ? You can play a taste of vitae with a vampire with 0 blood on him (due to the opponent strike) to gain 1 blood (for example) then play a Blur with that blood to make 2 add Strikes. All in the same round. correct ? You can redirect a bleed after the bleeder has play a bleed modifier. Or is it an order to play modifiers/redirecters/reducers ?

No and no (unless the new acting minion has more stealth than you have intercept). > You can play a taste of vitae with a vampire with 0 blood on him (due to the > opponent strike) to gain 1 blood (for example) then play a Blur with that > blood to make 2 add Strikes. All in the same round. correct ?
