Two Simple questions on two cards.

Hi Everyone. Here are the two simple questions: 1. Dragon Breath Rounds says It adds +2 aggravated Damage. Does it mean I inflict 1 normal damage and 2 aggravated or I inflict 3 aggravated damage? 2.
