[LSJ] Anneke

This might be a stupid question but at our last gaming session yesterday evening we had a discussion about Anneke愀 special and we were not able to find satisfactory results in google search. Does Anneke愀 special allow her to block actions she is normally not eligible to block e.g your prey bleeding your grand-prey ? Or does it just allow her to block "out-of-timing-order" ?
