No. It says "Move the card from your ash heap" not "move any card of the same
name from your ash heap".
Similarly, if you had discarded a Raven Spy and had a second Raven Spy burned
since your last turn, you could only use Compel the Spirit to bring back
the second one (and could not use a second Compel the Spirit to bring back
the first).
