Does NC(AUS/CHI) affect infernal or just NC(aus/chi)?
Nightmare Curse
Cardtype: Action
Cost: 2 blood
Discipline: Auspex & Chimerstry
[chi] (D) Tap a ready minion and untap this acting vampire.
[aus][chi] (D) Put this card on a ready minion and tap him or her.
This minion doesn't untap as normal. During this minion's untap phase,
he or she may burn a pool to untap. Burn this card when the acting
vampire leaves play.
[AUS][CHI] As [aus][chi] above, but without the option to burn a pool
to untap.

Infernal is already "Does not untap as normal, and can burn a pool during
untap phase to untap."
Nightmare Curse (and its fellow lockdown cards) never stops Infernal minions
from having that option.

"without the option to burn a pool to untap" refers only to the text on
the [aus][chi] version. It does not talk about the infernal untap rule,
so infernal minions can still untap paying a pool as normal.

Infernal untap is also optional, but I think you are correct. I just
wanted confirmation.

Isn't Infernal burn pool during Master Phase? Or have I just used the
Path/Ruins too much...
