Yes. In fact, one of the Daughters is supposedly not *really* a femme... ;)
Vampires are masters of transdressing.

The only "group" of vampires that has its own symbol, and is not
considered a Clan, is Caitiff. You can't Clan Impersonate to Caitiff,
but any other Clan or Bloodline (including Pander) is fair game.

Correct.
(ObWoD: Vampires are neither male nor female -- they reproduce
asexually, so they are effectively gender neutral).

It may also help to remember that there is no distinction (in Jyhad
rules terms) between a clan and a bloodline. All of the clans
represented in the Bloodlines expansion are real clans. The WoD
distinctions between clan and bloodline and such aren't represented in
Jyhad.

If you clan impersonate to DoC *and change clan in the process*[0], then
you get the default sect of that clan. If you were carrying a Writ of
Acceptance, say, that would over-write it. It becomes your usual sect,
though.
Whenever you are the "wrong" sect for a title you have, that title is
suspended entirely. You can't affect it or use it or reference it in
any way. If you go back to being an appropriate sect/clan for it, it
reactivates. If, in the meantime, someone else would be about to
contest that title, you immediately yield it and they get it.
So, Queen Anne Clan Impersonating to DoC becomes independent, DoC and
her Prince title is entirely ignored. When I call Praxis Seizure:
London with Gideon Fontaine, it passes and he becomes Prince of London.
Queen Anne immediately forfeits any rights to Prince of London if she
ever burns the Clan Impersonation.
Had Gideon not done this, she could burn the CI and regain the praxis
and normal clan etc. But since Gideon has now forced her to forfeit it,
even if Gideon goes away, Queen Anne won't get it back when she burns
the CI.
[0] This doesn't work if you do something like Clan Impersonate Lucita
(normal) to Lasombra. She stays Independent, because she didn't change
clan. Yes, you can play CI -> Anything else, then CI her back to
Lasombra. If you're very sick and wrong.

Sociobiologically speaking, gender is reserved for perceived social norms
(masculine vs. feminine) and sex for reproductive function (male vs.
female). Vampires have gender, but not sex.

Actually, if you Clan Impersonate Lucita to some other clan, and then she
burns the Clan Impersonation card with its inherent action, she becomes
Sabbat. Not sick and wrong really. If intentional, all it takes is a
Freak Drive. But also something annoying to do when you steal her with
whatever temporary theft effect you want.
If you Derange her, and then she burns the Derange, she will also be
Sabbat. Any change in clan (even if it is "back to normal") takes on the
Default Sect.
