I know that when WoTC changed from Jyhad to Vampire, they eliminated
some cards from the Jyhad run, and changed the names of others. I have a
list of all the cards that only appeared in 'Jyhad'. However, I have not
been able to find a list of cards that only appear in the main release
of V:TES (or card name changes).
If someone would provide me with this information, I would appreciate
it. :)

So I assume this means that a Stake (from Jyhad) doesn't get played as a
Wooden Stake (from V:TES) since they are different cards - unlike, say,
Bonding in both which is the same card in both. Basically, using a
Stake would paralyse since it doesn't use the text from V:TES? (Meaning
I avoid Rotschreck)
Thanks.

Yes. Note that "Stake" is on the banned list for DCI tournaments
(for exactly this reason).
