Hmm Herald can play Presence cards so it could play Voter Captivation and gain more life than his initial 5 life right? Now we need to find a poltical action that can be called by allies and not just vampires...so I came to think of Charming Lobby, which can be played by the Herald! However, can it also play the vote card connected to Charming Lobby? If not, can it call a vote to burn say, Ntl Guard Support with a Charming Lobby? Roger
