Q: {LSJ} RE: Seeds of Corruption

I've read a lot of old threads re:SoC and hunting. It seems that a vampire with Soc on him and 0 blood may hunt but does this apply to other zero cost actions such as bleeding for example. ie vamp with 1 blood and a big Seeds bleeds, burns as much blood as he can and attempts the action Assuming he's not blocked or reduced, is the bleed successful? [ quoted text not captured ] He attempts the action (whose cost, 0, he can afford) and *then* burns blood for SoC. He ignores "burn blood" effects beyond his blood supply.
