Stupid Timing Question: Troglodytia vs. AI

If Troglodytia is bleeding for more than 3 (it doesn't matter how), and the target plays Archon Investigation, can her controller use her special ability before she burns? I assume "yes", because cards are played and replaced before their effects are resolved. I'm just looking for confirmation. Happy New Year!

If a third Methuselah played Sudden Reversal on that Archon Investigation, could Troglodytia's controller look at both of their hands? Or has the opportunity to look at the AI-playing Methuselah's hand already passed?
