Dominion + mask of a 1000 faces

A small question if I take an action with a Blackhand vamp with dominion and someone tries to block it, the blocking vamp burns 1 blood right. But now I play mask with another Black hand vamp with dominion does the blocking vamp burn 1 more blood? I think not, but it is worth the question.
