Heidelberg Castle

Here is relevant card text from Monger Tap to transfer equipment cards, move blood and transfer retainers between any two ready vampires you control. (You may choose the amount of blood you move and which cards you transfer.) Cannot be used during an action. I know it says vampires, so I seek a clarification. You cannot swap equipment or blood/life between an ally and a vampire with the Castle, can you? Between two allies? I am uncertain whether the new text says Vampire or Minion...
