When you use a voting card as a vote, can you use it during a booldhunt. Cause in the rules it says no reaction cards in the bloodhunt vote. The restriction only applies to Reaction cards and Action Modifiers (since there is not action to modify or react to). You could also use other effects, such as tapping Ventrue Headquarters, so long as the effect doesn't restrict itself to 'only during a Political Action' -- L.
