Hello, did anyone try anything of the sort ? I'd like to hold a non-official tournament on this theme. I thought of rules like : - no "modern" equipement can be used ; - there is no Sabbat, no Camarilla : all titles with 1, 2 or 3 votes allow to play all the corresponding cards (i.e. Prince, Archbishop or 2 Votes can all use Parity Shift or 2nd Tradition), and Inner Circles either don't exist or can be played by either ; - Locations or other cards concerning Sabbat, Camarilla or Independents either are not allowed or playable by all - no vampire under 4 is allowed Ideas, comments, pastaciutta ? -- Orpheus "Tomorrow is always the first day of the end of your life" Diary of Dreams

[ quoted text not captured ] The idea there being that the youngest vampire back then was only 9th generation or so. The blood hadn't been spread as thin as it is in modern times (13th generation, to produce Caitiff, and further where the blood loses much of its power). He probably just means "in the crypt" any way, so you can still Embrace at will. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. This tends to be a result of equating capacity (in V:TES) with generation (in V:tM). Which is a fair enough thing to do, though it has problems. (The obvious one being "So why doesn't Arika create a 10 cap?") However, if one does that, the Dark Ages tends to be higher up the generation tree. If a 1 cap vampire is 15th generation, a 12th generation (the lowest allowed in the last version of The Dark Ages I saw) is 4 cap. -- James Coupe PGP Key: 0x5D623D5D Lucky that my breasts are small and humble, EBD690ECD7A1FB457CA2 So you don't confuse them with mountains. 13D7E668C3695D623D5D
