No. Possibly. More interesting than useful, I'd imagine.

Neither lets you *gain* additional strikes more than once in a round.
Jyhad (RT interp) allows you to *play* more than one additional strike card,
with only the first being used to *gain* additional strike(s).
This imagined loophole has been closed by the VtES rules.
