I am confused on a voting issue that has arisen with the new expansions,
and in order to make a voting deck I think I need to know a couple of
things. So, if anyone has any knowledge with which they could help me,
it would be appreciated.
It says in the rules that a non-camarilla vampire cannot call votes such
as Praxis, command of the harpies, or masquerade enforcement. But can a
non-camarilla CAST a vote in these proceedings? I would assume not,
because it doesn't make much sense that a Sabbat vampire would be able
to, say, vote for something related to the Camarilla.
