A vampire with Enkil Cog taps it to bleed on his prey's minion phase. The bleed is blocked and in the ensuing combat, the vampire burns an opposing minion and plays Taking the Skin: Minion. Can the vampire bleed again due to Taking the Skin: Minion's text? Text: This vampire may bleed an additional time ***this turn*** and gets +1 bleed and +1 stealth when bleeding (emphasis mine) Vegas gNat

TtS:M doesn't allow you to bleed if you can't take an action otherwise, and Enkil Cog only allows you to take an action once. So barring some other means of acting on someone else's turn (Madness Network, for example), I'd say no. - D.J.

[ quoted text not captured ] Correct. The vampire can bleed again this turn if he finds a way to take another action this turn. If he can't take an action, then the issue as to whether or not that action he is incapable of performing could be a (second) bleed action doesn't come up.

[ quoted text not captured ] No but I suspect if the minion somehow continues the action (Form of Mist, Ambulance...) then the TtS:M is likely to have +bleed and +stealth on it.
