If Revocation of Tyr is played are Assimites then able to diablorize? I
know it was ruled that the "no diablorize" is from game text but it comes
because of the Treaty of Tyr, so if you get rid of it it seems to me that
they should have the ability again. Just curious.

No. Card text has precedence over the back story.

I know that in the RPG the Treaty of Tyr was just the written
document, but the strength behind it came from a Thaumaturgical Curse
placed on the Assamites by the Tremere. The Revocation strikes me as
just a political manuever, and the Tremere are not likely to remove
the curse.
