Hi, I need help about rules.
1.- I have Black Cat equipped with Sengir Dagger and the opossing minion plais
Thought Betrayer (at superior). His controller say that Black Cat cant use the
Sengir Dagger, is it true or can Black Cat kill that coward vamp?
2.- My dear Gilbert Duane bleed my prey with a modifier of +5 to bleed (it is
normal in my deck). My prey plays Archon Investigation (poor Gilbert), can i
play in response The 1000 Faces to burn, for example, Normal? If i use the card
really Normal is doing the action (with the modifiers of before playing the
card) and he is who attemps to bleed.
3.- Can i bleed other Mathusalens who isnt my prey with cards like Computer
Hacking? In the book Darkness Unveiled I read I can, but some friends say I
cant becouse there is a new card of Dementation which especifes you can bleed
any Mathusalen.
4.- How many Masters Out Of Turn can I play between my turns? I think I could
play the number I want, but then I lost all that number of master phases (i. e.
if i play 3 Masters Out Of Turn between my turn n and my turn n+1 the next
master phase I could play is in the turn n+4, 3 turns without master phase)
I have others questions, but I dont remember them now. I wait yours
answers.

I believe the latest ruling is that you can't PLAY any cards (from your
hand) but cards that are already there (i.e. EQUIPMENT, RETAINERS) can
be used.

Yes. If Normal takes over the action with MASK, it is Normal who would
be burned. I'm not TOO sure of the wording on Archon Investigation,
that replaced something from Jyhad, and I never bought anymore VTES
cards. I just play with my Jyhad cards

Yes. Since it is a (D) action, you can bleed any Methusaleh. But why?

Sorry...I believe you can only play ONE OOT Master between your turns.
Even if you can somehow have more than 1 Master Phase action (ANSON
comes to mind), you can only do 1 OOT Master card because the thought is
that you might lose Anson (or whatever) before your turn and then you
wouldn't be allowed to play another. If this is something you don't
like, make a house rule allowing more than 1 OOT Master. That's what
I've done in the past.

Black Cat can use the Dagger. Thought's Betrayed only prevents Cat from
*playing* cards, not from using cards that are already in play.

There is no "response" to a Master Card (except Sudden Reversal, which
makes that clear by card text).
The moment Archon Investigation is played, Gilbert is in the Ash Heap.
There is no acting minion, no action, and nothing to modify with Mask.

Any (D) action can be directed at any Methuselah. This includes all
action-card bleeds (except where restricted by card text - like Night
Moves or Return to Innocence).

Only one, per explicit restriction in the rules.
