Thanks for the Donation question

Hi, a question about thanks for the donation: say, i'm contesting a hunting ground, i play TftD, and the methuselah contesting with me yelds. Later in the game, my hunting ground (the one chosen with my TftD) become contested again: does the effect of my TftD (assuming it is still in play) applies again?
