Secure Haven (a unique location) is played on a vampire. Card ext says that
the Haven is burned if the vampire goes to torpor.
1) If the vampire is burned, Secure Haven is burned because it is "on" the
vampire (unlike The Rack, which simply names a vampire), right?
2) If Secure Haven becomes contested and one of the target vampires goes
to torpor, is his copy of the Haven burned? (I'd guess not, since the
Haven is out of the game and therefore its text would have no bearing on
the game until it bacame uncontested).

Well, minion, but yes.

Right, just like any other cards that were put onto/played on the vampire.

I believe it will not be burned immediately, but will be if it falls out of
contention while the vampire is still in torpor. I will double check
that, though.
