Mind Rape Question

Ok, these Q's may already be answered before. 1) Can a Mind Rape target an already tapped vampire? I'd say so but card text explicitely says so. 2) Can a ready malkavian take a Madness network action at the end of my predators turn to mind rape a younger vampire contolled by my prey, tapping it, and taking control of it in my next minion phase? (That "does not untap effect" makes me wonder) I do believe that the answer to both q's must be "yes" but just want to make sure.
