Hi,
I was wondering about Dia de los Muertos. It say first referendum a
sabbat vampire calls. i read it as a referendum only occurs if is
initiated via a card or a Political Action is unblocked.
Does that mean that if I play DdlM and play a KRC which gets blocked
and another sabbat vamp plays another one not getting blocked it
automatically passes because it's the first referendum by a sabbat
vamp that turn?

game.

It's the first referendum CALLED by a Sabbat vampire that turn, yes. (The
previous blocked action didn't call any referendum). So Dia works.
