If a vampire who is full to capacity plays Tongue of the Serpent as a strike, and the opposing minion strikes hands for one, what happens? Does the "Stolen Blood" overflow into the Blood Bank before damage resolution (thus the vampire still loses 1 blood in combat), or can it be used to fill the vampire back up after damage?
