I have 2 questions about this card:
1> Are they cumulative? If my Prince pulls out 2 of these, will each Meth
with a non-Cam vampire burn 2 pool? Will 2 minions need to be burned to get
rid of them both?
2> What if you Mind Rape another Meth's non-Cam vampire? Can you burn them
during your minion phase to get rid of the Cam Segregation? We came to the
conclusion that this should not be allowed and the non-Cam minion should be
burned during the untap phase to prevent just this scenario, but I could not
find any errata/rulings on Cam Seg. supporting this.

Each Methuselah controlling a Non-Camarilla vampire burns 1 pool <during>
his or her untap phase. Any Methuselah may burn this card by burning a
Non-Camarilla vampire he or she controls during his or her minion phase.

Discipline: Dominate
(D) Bleed with +2 bleed. (S) (D) Put this card on a younger vampire, and tap
that vampire. The vampire with this card does not untap as normal during his
or her controller's untap phase. During the acting vampire's controller's
next minion phase, he or she must burn this card to untap the vampire and
take control of the vampire until the end of his or her turn.
Mind Rape [SAB] - Action (dom) (2)
The card can be burned to take control of the target at any point during the
the appropriate minion phase. It doesn't have to be done at the start of
