"Move 1 blood from each ready Gangrel antitribu you control to a Gangrel
antitribu in your uncontrolled region."
When this card is played, can the "donated" blood be split amongst multiple
uncontrolled !Gangrel? It seems like yes.

ah. it looks like you're looking at it like "move one blood from this
guy to a !gangrel, move one blood from this guy to a !gang (who may or
may not be the same one), move one blood from this guy, etc".
Whereas I think it works more like:
Move 1 blood from each ready Gangrel antitribu you control
(so collect up one blood from each of them)
to
a Gangrel antitribu in your uncontrolled region
(just one guy, as noted by "a")

Well, by "standard templating", to work the way you suggest, I think it
would have to be worded:
"Choose a Gangrel Antitribu in your uncontrolled region. Each ready
Gangrel Antitribu you control moves a blood to that Gangrel Antitribu."
Or something similar.
Either way, it doesn't matter an incredible amount. And I'm still not
exactly sure what I'm going to use B+H for (i.e. when is it signficantly
better than Tribute?); I just happened to come across it again while
sorting cards.

It isn't often better than Tribute. If you have an all !Gangrel deck,
and have a lot of B+B in there, it is better than Tribute early (as it
helps you get more vampires out faster, assuming you can draw some
early) but worse than Tribute later (as you need to pull the blood off
an uncontrolled vampire 2 at a time). I think the best possible use is
in some sort of deck with 5x Enkidu and 7x little !Gangrel as back up,
as it helps you get Enkidu out fast, and later in the game, you'll
probably have a second uncontrolled Enkidu in your uncontrolled reigon
to transfer off of anyway. I mean, like, I'm not imagining this as a
really good deck or anything. But probably the best place to start to
maximize B+H...

I was starting to think more along the lines of an Una deck, where she
creates Creation Rites and Embraces, calls Rumors of Gehenna, drops a
Hungry Coyote, and you just keep B+Hing twice every turn to uber-bloat
while the Creation Rites hunt, and you get, like, a free Genevieve out
of it or something... I don't really know, though.

Correct.

Earlier this evening I saw B+H used to move 4 blood to an uncontrolled.
Two of it was moved back to Pool in influence, and Jesus Alcala brought
into play!! Just about perfect.
