When you play Vast Wealth, does a minion yours have to take an equip
action in the minion phase as well, which can be blocked, or do you just
equip that minion by paying the cost for the weapon or whatever found
without having to tap or take a minion action?
Because if you have to still take a minion action to equip the item,
(which would have to be the first thing done probably) which was
blockable, if makes the card next to useless.
Thanks.

Not sure if this is right or not, but I play vast wealth on a minion, and from
that point on it has vast wealth(you do _not_ remove the card) so from that
point on, it can take an action to equip from your deck(as per wording on the
card). So in effect, this minion can equip a card every turn until you run
out. This is _really_ nice if you have black cat b/c she equips with 1 less
blood ;)

Once the Vast Wealth is in place, using it is an action of +1 stealth
(card text), which is non-directed and can be blocked normally.

Useless? Basically it allows you to equip without having to wait for
equipment to come into your hand. It's also good for reshuffling your
library if you don't like the draws you're getting. Vast Wealth is not
exactly earth-shattering, but I wouldn't kill it useless, either.
