Hello, I have another question about Rotschreck. What will happen in the next combat? Basilia is blocking another vampire and this vampire play a maneuver to set long range. In the strike declaration, Basilia strikes with her hand (aggravated), and the other vampire strikes with a sacrament of carnage. Before the strike resolution, the Basilia's controller try to play Rotschreck. Could he play it? How is resolve the combat? Thanks for your knowledge.

No. Rotschreck requires that the minion attempt to use aggravated damage "against a vampire". At long range, the hand strike is not capable of being "against the opposing minion".
