As i read the text of Praxis Solomon, if a Methuselah is contesting cards only with him/herself, then a successful Praxis Solomon has no effect in resolving the contest. Is that right? Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.

Well, if the referendum passed, the Methuselah would have to yield at least one of the copies. But since paying to contest more than one copy is not usually of any advantage, the effect is largely moot, yes. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) VTES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. Except that the Methuselah would then "win" the contest on her next untap phase - a turn earlier than normal. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. During my master phase, I put another Elysium: Arboreturm into play, contesting the one I already have out. During my minion phase, I call a Praxis: Solomon to get rid of one of the copies so I don't have to pay 1 during my next untap and wait yet another turn to re-gain control of the Elysium. Situations like this happen often and is advantageous in some circumstances. Now, why is the effect moot and why wouldn't the P:S work?
