Question about the superior on this card: does the tapping happen as a result of the successful action (as the card text unfortunately seems to indicate), or does it happen at declaration (as I read it, and makes it useful and worth the large cost)? Propaganda Combat Presence 2 blood Normal: (D) Bleed with +1 bleed. Vampires with titles cannot block this action. Superior: As above, and the Methuselah you are bleeding taps one of his or her ready minions. Artist: Ken Meyer, Jr. Rarity: Uncommon The tapping is a part of the successful action. I would guess that she would have to tap one of her untapped minions (and errata to that effect should be assumed to exist). -- L.
