[LSJ] Alamut Question

Alamut Questions: 1. Can you burn the counters from Alamut one at a time as needed during the political action, or must you choose X and then Alamut is "used" for the political action? 2. (If you can burn them one at a time) Can you burn the counters off of Alamut one at a time, placing them on separate vampires to avoid placing all your eggs in one basket? Just curious, Aramis Alamut [AH, FN] Cardtype: Master Clan: Assamite Cost: 1 pool Master: unique location. If an Assamite you control successfully bleeds another Methuselah, put the pool lost by that Methuselah on this card. During a political action, you may burn X blood from this card to give a vampire you control X votes for that referendum.

Uses the "During <X> do <Y> template" so you can only use it once during a given political action. Which is really good since my !Tremere (storyline deck) never had to worry about Alamut (TVC takes care of that!). =P >2.
