Rules questions

1) Can I add any bleed bonus that any vampire may have after having played a sup. "Pulse of the Canaille"? That is, Ozmo with sup. Pulse may bleed for 3 or 4 pool? 2) Are the "Carthage Remembered" stealth bonus cumulative if I played 2 or more (it's not unique master and there isn't any indication about playing more than 1). If Ozmo gets rescued from torpor before he gets munched, and then doesn't get blocked in the hunt after that, he will have a current bleed of 4. No, because Ulugh loses the benefit of his title (which is "Justicar of X", not just "Justicar") for as long as he is not Tremere. See section 10 of the rulebook for more information.
