Just wondering what would happen here. Something I've thought of before
but don't think I bothered to post. I think I know the answer but I'd
like to know what the official position on it is.
<pootles about for little rules book>
Okay, let's see if I can find the page I need in this.
Page 10:
*Out-of-turn:* Out-of-turn cards can only be played when it is not your
turn. If you play this type of card, you lose your "master phase
action" during the master phase of your next turn. (The phases of a
turn are described in Section 6.3.) Once you've played an out-of-turn
master card, you can't play another one until after your next turn.
Now, that was written before the release of Ancient Hearts and the
Sabbat expansion. With them, you have Out-of-Turn Master cards which
can be played in your turn. However, by these rules, I can't play
Gangrel Conspiracy on two consecutive turns when I take actions to
commit diablerie. By the letter of the law, I believe this to be
correct but I was wondering if a) I've missed something or b) the Rules
Team would like to reconsider it's position at all.

If I jumped I should not see the stones rise up to meet me, the fog would hide
them from me. The pain would be sharp and sudden as she said. The fall would
break my neck. It would not be slow, like drowning. It would soon be over.

Correct. [LSJ 970501]
It is still being considered by the RT, as far as I know.
