Scenario: Guruhi vampire attempts to equip with Palatial Estate. No one blocks, the Guruhi in question has the blood to pay for it, nobody cancels the action or the card, and therefore it is successful. Can the Guruhi player drop Guruhi Are The Land to untap? Name: The Guruhi Are the Land [LoB:C/PG4] Cardtype: Action Modifier Clan: Guruhi Only usable during a bleed, hunt, or equip action. If this is a bleed action, this Guruhi gets +1 bleed, and you may not play another action modifier to further increase the bleed for this action. If this is a hunt action, this Guruhi gains an additional blood if successful. If this is an equip action, this Guruhi untaps if the action is successful. It seems pretty obvious for me that he can, since GATL calls for a successful *equip action*, which it was; it doesn't matter if the equipment card used to call the action turned into a location once it was put in play or not. But if LSJ could confirm this, it would spare us a good amount of debate over the local forum. Other minor question about the text. Unlike Freak Drive or Forced March, it doesn't have the "Only usable at the end of a successful action (after resolving the action)" text. Therefore I would assume I can announce an equip action (even via Magic of the Smith or Vast Wealth) and immediatelly play Guruhi Are The Land to cycle before any block attempt is made - say, to see if I can get some extra stealth, per example. Is this correct? Fabio "Sooner" Macedo
