Forced Vigilance + Aksinya Daclau (rules question)

I'd like a clarification about how Forced Vigilance interacts with Aksinya Daclau's special ability: Relevant card texts: Aksinya Daclau: Once each turn during a bleed against you, if Aksinya is ready and untapped, you may discard a master card from your hand to redirect the bleed to any other Methuselah. Forced Vigilance 1 blood FOR: Only usable by a tapped vampire during a (D) action directed against you (or something you control). Untap this vampire. I read it so that one could play FV to untap Aksinya and then use her special ability, but I'm not sure. Thanks in advance, Heikki P.

Correct. Contrast Forced Awakening, which doesn't untap her (and therefore wouldn't work). Her special requires her to be untapped, and while Forced Awakening allows a vampire to play reaction cards as if untapped, it says nothing about using special abilities (or effects form cards in play or whatnot) as if untapped. Forced Vigilance, however, untaps the vampire (and doesn't require the vampire to attempt to block).

For me the issue was about timing/ sequence, like is there a special window where Aksinya needs to be untapped (*before the bleed action* etc.).
