What do you think of this one? On the List Cardtype: Master 0 pool Play this card on a ready minion. If this minion is titled this card costs two additional pool. The minion with this card is considered Red List. This would be a reliable way to make others Red List and thus would solve at least one problem of trophy-decks. The two additional pool cost for titled is for balancing out the card. If you compare it to Trumped-up Charges (pol.act.) or Red List (the action) this card seems powerful because you can't block it or vote it down/delay it. And I think it is okay because of the background. I think it is hard to put a vampire with cainite support (title) on the Red List. You can't make s.o. Red List AND mark him in the same turn, so that is even more balancing. Is it too weak that way? Baron of Frankfurt

I would put a lot of restrictions and make it a trifle since trophies are master cards as well. Suggestions: Requires a titled vampire, Play on vampire with capacity of 6 or less This vampire may move this card to a younger vampie as a d-action This vampire may burn this card as a d-action During your untap phase, burn 1 pool or bur this card. Overkill is highly underrated. You know, like in computor games and such.

Or something like: On the List Cardtype: Master Requires a ready titled vampire. Choose an ally, a younger vampire with no title or a titled younger vampire with less votes (Priscus counts as 3 votes for this effect). Put this card on that minion. The minion with this card is considered Red List. Any vampire can call a referendum at +1 stealth to burn this card. You skip the vote part, but still need to have a high-cap titled vampire (at least bigger and more titled than his victim). Prince of Paris, France Ratings Coordinator, Rules Director

A clause "You gain an additional master phase action, only usable to play a trophy master card." could be interesting too. Prince of Paris, France Ratings Coordinator, Rules Director

I like the idea of these requirements: Requires an titled vampire. Can be removed with a +1 stealth referendum. Then I'd skip the "two additional pool" for playing on titled vampires. I wouldn't make it trifle though, as putting someone on the Red List doesn't feel like trifleness IMHO. The idea with an additional master phase action to put a Trophycard in play is a good one but sounds too bulky in my eyes. What about "If you play this card search for a Trophy master card in your library, hand or ashheap and put it in play."? That would be very fitting the background. Baron of Frankfurt

"When you play this card, you may put a Trophy from your hand into play before replacing this card from your library." That seems like a solid compromise. If you're willing to put them on the Red List, stump up some loot for taking them out. Retired Baron of Sydney, Australia, 418

Maybe 'put a trophy on this card, if the redlist goes down, the one that did it may take the trophy'. So others can take advantage of this card even if you don't like it. That should balance it out and lets Theo and Beast need an titled ally in the ready region. Baron of Frankfurt

But to control an 8-cap as your highest minion wouldn't allow you to play "On the List" on vampires 8+. So that is not a big issue as many decks would be save from the card. Baron of Frankfurt

(Do not want to start personal topic, so i'll write here) I think, the weakness of trophy decks isn't in "How i should make that weakling a Red List", but in uselessness and weakness of Red List minions. Add some boost cards for Red Lists and players will want to play with Red Lists, and the trophy decks will have chances to live. For example, The Line Crossed [action] Requires a vampire of carpacity more than 3. +2 steath action. Bleed at +1. Either acting minion becomes Red List and you gain 1 pool, or pay 1 pool. -- some useful bleed with cost of becoming Red List -- picture should be smth like: a group of titled ones gathered at emergency meeting, watching TV special report (some car chasing) Finally, hunted [action] +1 stealth action. Burn a vampire in torpor (not diablerie) and this minion becomes Red List. -- a boost card for ally decks -- picture should be smth like: a coffin and a mortal hunter, who is splashing petrolium around it Plan "B" [action] Requires tapped Red List minion. +2 stealth action. Untap this minion if this action successful. -- some boost for multiaction -- picture should be smth like: someone is jumping through a window on a car top, and shadows of chasers are visible in that window Mad Trick [action modifier] Requires Red List minion. +1 Stealth. Blocking minion takes 1 damage or -1 intercept. -- picture should be smth like: car flying from a ramp, the driver leaned out the window and shoots backwards with a gun. Booby Trap [combat] Usable once per action, before range is determined. Requires a Red List minion. Opposing minion takes 2 damage, or his controller may discard 2 combat cards to cancel this card as it played. -- picture should be smth like: a forest, a hunter with a weapon makes threatening pose, the Red List is some steps away, unarmed and smiling. Behind the hunter is a tree with a bomb on it.

Very interesting cards indeed. I like the push for Red List minions. But still with a Trophydeck you have to make sure that red list minions are around, preferable at your prey or predator. So you have to pack cards that make other minions red list, even if there are cards around, which are attractive to use for red list minions. You can't just hope for someone playing red list. The Purging Event Put this card in play. Do not replace until a Red List vampire has been burned. Any non-Red List titled vampire may take a D action to make a younger, non-titled vampire or ally Red List. Burn this card if there are no ready titled vampires in play. The Hunter Master Trifle Put his card on a vampire you control. This vampire can enter combat with a Red List minion controlled by another methuselah as a D action at +1 stealth. I suggest a new strategy...let the Wookie win.

some more cards: Fall Guy [action mod/reaction] Cost 1+x blood Require titled vampire, other than the acting minion. Unique. Usable when any methuselah is bled by 3 or more, location is burned, or a non-Red List vampire is burned. Put this card on any minion. That minion is Red List. This card costs +X blood, where X is number of votes the target minion has. This card can be burned by +1 stealth political action. -- card represents the dirty political game, lies, framing and etc. -- either there should be "Unique" keyword or "only one %cardname% can be played each turn". Bounty Hunter [political action] Require titled vampire. Choose an non-titled vampire. Put this card on the chosen vampire. That vampire can enter combat with any Red List minion as +1 stealth action. That vampire may burn 1 blood to untap after a combat, when opposing Red List minion is not ready. -- also maybe add a wording "Requres a title vampire with 2 votes or more" Big Prize [action modifier] Require ready Red List minion. Usable once a turn after a successful action. Put this card on the acting minion. This minion can burn this card to reduce cost of card he plays by up to 2 pool. If the minion with this card leaves ready region, this card is burned, and opposing minion's controller gains 2 pool. -- another boost for Red List minion, but with a drawback

Juggernaut1981

Actually... Fall Guy Action +1 stealth X blood Requires a titled vampire. Put this card on a minion that took an action to burn a location you control or which bleed you for 3 or more pool since your last discard phase. X is equal to that minions number of votes. The minion with this card is Red List. Minions you control may enter combat with the minion with this card as a action. A minion may have only one copy of Fall Guy.
