Name: Alter of Meshkan-shapir
Cardtype: Master
Clan: Baali
Master: unique location.
Tap during your untap phase to remove a ready ally or non-clanless vampire you control from the game and put X blood on a Baali you control from the blood bank, where X is the capacity of that vampire or the blood or pool cost of that ally.
This card can't be used to recycle Great Beasts (since they are clanless) but allows to galvanize other Baali decks that tend to run out of blood and pool pretty quickly.

Nice, but still a bit too abusable I think:
Any malk deck with Derange and Dementia can make gross misuse of this card by adding any small Baali.
Also, the combo with villein is just a bit too strong... Even though the Great Beast is clanless, a few clan impersonations aren't that hard to shoehorn.
How 'bout: changing the timing window to be 'during untap' instead of master?
That would fix both the Dementia problem and the Villein problem.
Another, though maybe less effective way to 'fix' the text would be to give it a 'destroy after use'-clause. That way the setup to repeatedly convert (opposing) vamps or GB's to blood is more difficult, while still allowing for Villein shennanigans.
